What is the payment term for US
orders?

All domestic accounts are Net 15 days
upon approval.

How are the international orders
processed?

All foreign orders are shipped exworks
California, USA. All payments are required
in US Dollars by wire transfer or
irrevocable LC at site.

What is your returned products policy?

No product may be returned without prior
authorization from us. Requests to return
products must be made within 10 days of
receipt. If an error is made in placing or
filling your order, please advise us
promptly, so that we may take the proper
action. Returned products should be
clearly marked with the sender's name
and address, carefully packed, and
shipped prepaid at the beginning of the
week to arrive within the same work
week. Products must be returned in the
same condition as received within 15
days of original shipment by us.
How are the bases packaged?

The compounding bases are typically
packaged in 1-gallon (8 LB) bottles or
5-gallon (40 LB) pails.

Can I pay with a credit card?

We do not take credit or debit cards. We
accept checks, wire transfer, or cash.

What is the expiration on the products?

They have typically 12-24 months of
storage life when we ship them.

Do I get discounts for large orders?

Yes, please inquire your specific requests.

How do I set up an account with you?

You must provide us with a copy of your
professional license, business license,
and resale/reseller certificate.

Why is your price so competitive?

We are the direct supplier of all our bases
to the endusers.

Do you have membership fees?

No, that is not our business model.
What if I have a technical question?

Call or email us immediately. We are here
to assist.

What are your hours?

Our normal business hours are 8-4
Monday - Friday.

What if no one is able to pick up the
phone when I call?

We are temporarily preoccupied. Please
leave a message and we will get back
with you as soon as we are able. You can
always email us at info@hrtbase.com

What if the shipment arrives damaged?

Please DO NOT DISCARD the damaged
products. The same freight company must
inspect the damages for insurance
reasons.

How should I store the products?

They need to be stored in cool, dry
places. They must not be frozen or
heated at any time.

The product seem to have separated
upon opening?

After a prolonged storage, the oil and
water phases may separate a little. They
may need to be mixed lightly by hand.
