We are
different.

Everyone in the industry is talking about
how their product can deliver small
particles. That's not too difficult, but it
severely limits their efficacy, range, and
flexibility.

Today, our products are designed to
deliver small particles as well as the large
particles. DDS has the ability to deliver
actives that are potentially thousand
times larger than those found in other
topical delivery systems. We do this for
you because not all molecules you
compound with come in short chains.

Our DDS (Derma Delivery System
(TM))
enhances the speed and depth of
penetration of various API's.

DDS is a revolutionary vesicle that is
capable of:

o    Delivering small, medium, and large
molecules.

o    Delivering large volumes of actives
into the skin.

o    Delivering deep into the dermis.

o    Delivering whole molecules to the
target zone.

We use
real science.

The right amount
to the right place at
the right speed.

The ideal delivery system would deliver to
the target site and at rate dictated by the
need of the body. That's our goal.

Our research continues to successfully
incorporate multiple symbiotic vesicle
systems to further optimize the skin
penetration and bioavailability.

We have significantly improved the
entrapment efficiency, particle size, zeta
potential, stability, and skin permeability.

Our research continues with various
vesicular systems that can be used as
carriers of amphiphilic and lipophilic
actives and improve the therapeutic index.

The physiochemical characteristics we
seek to make continuous improvement
include:

o    an infrastructure consisting of
hydrophilic, amphiphilic and lipophilic
moieties that can accommodate
active molecules with a wide range of
solubilities.

o    vesicles that can act as a depot,
releasing the actives in a controlled
manner.

o    a medium that is osmotically active
and stable, as well as increasing the
stability of entrapped actives.

o    easy storage conditions and stable
over a long period.

o    improved bioavailability and skin
penetration of actives.
Faster delivery.

The skin acts as a major target as well as
a principle barrier. The stratum corneum
plays an important role as barrier.
Despite major research and development
efforts, low stratum corneum permeability
limits the usefulness of topical delivery.

To overcome this, methods have been
assessed to increase permeation.
Different vesicular systems have been
intensely researched using liposomes,
proliposomes, follicular transport,
niosomes, and nano technology. But
effectiveness of all these methods
depends on their physicochemical
properties.

One of our continued research areas is to
provide a  delivery system for the general
topical administration of medications
which is protective of the target skin
surface.

Today our products offer high
performance. Our aim is to further
enhance the depth and speed of
penetration.

We deliver.

Other technologies allow only a very small
percentage of actives to be absorbed.
Our DDS can deliver large volumes of
actives into the skin. DDS employs a
megasphere technology that does not
require a separate carrier or penetration
enhancer. As a result, DDS is able to
deliver ten times more actives.

Other delivery systems can deliver only
small volumes of small molecules to the
skin. These processes cause the
delivered molecules to frequently break
down and denigrate as they attempt to
cross the skin barrier. DDS solves this
major deficiency by using a megasphere
mechanism that encapsulates both the
agent and carrier thus, delivers both as a
whole.
